“Dorothy’s tornado ain’t got nothing on Beth’s nuclear option. Because last she checked, time tracking back to the pre- revolutionary war era couldn’t be solved by clicking one’s heels. “

Hole - e - crap.
This is a first read for me from the author and I was blown away immediately. I absolutely love this book, and was not disappointed.

Robinson takes us on a magical twist as Beth gets thrown into the past in a pretty incredibly thought out way. I’ve never been so frenzied to finish a book to see how it ends.
My only regret was not waiting until my kids were in bed first, I truly didn’t want to set it down.

Very rarely do I find myself feeling emotion towards a book and it just shows how well an author describes their characters backgrounds.

If you want a fresh romance, are into time travel and want more curvy female leads in your books then you need to check this out!

Quick trigger warning; grief, body image, grief, loss of ; wife /‘child.
* it is book 3 but I read as a stand alone and highly recommend it!

I was humble enough to receive an ARC of the book in exchange for an honest review.
