This is how you do insta-love. This is how, as a reader, you can believe in love growing so fast and earnest. I would have read another 200 pages to stay with these two characters. This story was soft, with the sweetness of southern tea in the summer (if you know, you know). To get a reader entrenched in 141 pages, and for that entrenchment to keep them turning the page for an insta-love story that felt like it was a full on novel, shows great story telling. I kept forgetting this happened over a week. It reminds me that love doesn't always make sense, it doesn't always have a timeline, and love is worth the scars when it seems like it is until death do you part. This story reminds me that sometimes love hurts, but no matter how long the journey it's worth your heart for each day it is reciprocated.
