What a delightful book! With many laugh-out-loud and quirky moments and an exciting premise, it wasn't easy to put down. It’s a fun, thrilling story with enough twists to keep readers entertained and engrossed. As a fan of epic fantasy, I expected to love this book but didn’t expect to love it as much as I have. Every dialogue, every scene, and every twist is brilliantly crafted. And since I listened to an audio version, it would be remiss of me not to mention how well-narrated it is. The narration has given it even more depth and made it impossible not to get sucked into this adventurous tale, which, frankly, is hard to categorize into one genre. For me, it’s the humor that’s the selling point. I don’t remember laughing so much while reading and that’s been truly a pleasure.
