I believe this is one of the rare times I see a manga developing a character with such a nuanced portrayal of a queer character, so the introduction of Tsubakino is perfect; a non-binary-coded character with he/him pronouns (as canonically stated in the manga) with strength that relies on his confidence in publicly expressing his feminity. I love how Tsubakino and Sakura just click with each other like actual long-lost siblings, and in my opinion, the acceptance that Sakura gives to Tsubakino in terms of character and sexuality shows how open Sakura is with differences (probably influenced by his own struggle being seen weird pre-Furin too).
