Wow, I just am amazed by this collection of essays. As someone with this disorder, I see hope through what she has had gone through. It is hard to go through and most books that I read don't have schizoaffective in mind- it is either bipolar or schizophrenia. Sure books mention it but nothing to go off of to deal with both aspects of the disorder.

This collection just made me feel great while reading it. I am glad to have this in my collection of books.
