Prom & Prejudice by Elizabeth Eulberg
2.0
I love reading Jane Austen remakes, but this one was a bit of a disappointment. This book is pretty much all dialogue which results characters that are flat. Part of the charm of the original P&P is the third person omniscient narrator who has a personality of her own. That was lost with the first person narration (which I understand is THE thing in YA), but I think here, it just doesn’t work.
