The Office Politics Handbook: Winning the Game of Power and Politics at Work by Jack Godwin

2.0

Two stars for the misleading title. This is not a handbook. It had no advice or instruction, nor any real world examples of office politics. I would give it 3 stars if the title represented what this really is. What is it? It's like a dissertation on the philosophy of power and political science. Many quotes from Jung, Socrates, Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton (that was cool)...Godwin spends most of the time talking about political science, society, and governments, and spends a good deal of time defining all of these things.
