Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher

5.0

This is not a book for the suicidal, it is a book for those who have lost someone to suicide. The plot has the main character attempt to make sense of a recent suicide and everything lends itself to characterization of the main character. It does not go out of its way to convince those who feel suicidal not to commit to it. This book has assumed that the suicide has already happened and moves on from there.
