The Year of Less: How I Stopped Shopping, Gave Away My Belongings, and Discovered Life Is Worth More Than Anything You Can Buy in a Store by Cait Flanders

4.0

This is not earth shattering for someone who reads these type of books. But it was interesting and engaging. The author also adds depth and authenticity by included real stories and struggles around her drinking, drug us, shopping and food addictions. Her struggles with sobriety, money and binging allow you to identify and the author to deliver the messages and what has worked for her. But she does this without seeming to preach. Would recommend to most people.
