I’m in love with the relationship between Juniper and Zane. They have chemistry from the start and the way he’s always been protective of her because of what she went through was so cute! The plot was amazing and having to read it from a badass female MC point of view made me love Juniper even more. She used all her trauma and grief as a motive for revenge and that’s exactly what she got in the end. Aside from plot, the smut scenes were amazing! Having both partners be switches with free sexual gender preferences made the characters most more relatable in that aspect and seeing how they click physically along with emotionally made me root for this couple more than I did for Leon and Raelynn (not that I don’t love them too lol). And when June feels vulnerable enough to finally tell Zane how she feels about him and him saying it  back immediately because that’s how he’s felt for her all along was so adorable because we get to see June progress and overcome certain trauma responses as a result of his encouragement and support.
