Parasyte Full Color Collection Volume 2 is a remaster of volume 2 of the original Parasyte comic. This volume was just as good as the first volume, in fact it was more exciting than the first volume.

Parasyte is the story of an alien parasite, Migi, and the human he inhabits, Shinichi. In the first volume, parasites came down to earth in spores, a spore landed near Shinichi and a worm inside of the spore came out and attacked him but he happened to be awake. Instead of taking over Shinichi's brain like the alien intended, the alien Migi could only take over Shinichi's right arm.

In this volume Shinichi's parents have gone on a vacation and he's been left at home, but his parents aren't exactly safe. MAJOR SPOILERS under this tag right here --->
I don't like how Shinichi's mom is attacked, killed, and taken over by a parasite. It's literally the trope of dying mothers or killed off mothers to empower and embolden the main character. I forgive this manga because it was written in the 80s and this type of situation was more common in fiction back then.

All in all I really loved this volume, despite that one thing I listed above that I didn't like.
I'm giving this 5 stars out of 5 stars
