Having read and loved The Power of Now earlier this year, this was a lovely little refresher of everything important I found in that book. I wouldn't recommend reading only this, since it's very surface-level compared to The Power of Now. But what more can I say? Tolle says it all, and it doesn't even require all that many words. Be still. Be here. Right now.
