+Police procedures are well written during the major incident. They come across as more authentic than some other books in this genre.
+Most of the book surrounds one intense incident. It moves quickly and keeps your interest. The danger is high, which increases that feeling of tension.
+Big messages are included. The kind that makes you rethink about things and develop an opinion. The author wants you questioning a broken system.
