I dare say the ‘celestial’ part of the title will give you a hint as to where the storyline may lead. Our FMC Evangeline is tormented by visions that seem to real, so lucid. Her parents end up having her institutionalised where she makes a new best friend. Upon getting out, she works hard to make her living a a painter, to the point of having her art in a gallery. We have Lucian who is a professor, he meets Evangeline by mistake, however this meeting leads us into a whole world of nephilim’s and seraphim’s, secrets lay undiscovered, betrayals uncovered and a past that comes back to haunt.

The story starts off slow paced, building us up into their world, getting faster towards the end of the book but as the back wording has been done this would make sense. There are small parts of spice, some violence but nothing overly aggressive. I would say it’s a good YA read ☺️
