I'm DNF'ing at 60%

I really wanted to like this book. LIKE REALLY, I DID.

The book is so heavily descriptive that I was not enjoying myself. Some of the similes and metaphors didn't even make sense and were highly unnecessary. I was going to suffer through it because the plot was interesting, but then

there was a sex scene so clearly written by a man for a man's gaze that made me extremely uncomfortable to read. Also why the fuck was there that whole thing about Mia's boobs, it was weird.

and these things don't normally bother me enough to DNF, but all of it together left me with a book I didn't want to finish.
