This is book 2 in a series but can definitely be read as a standalone (IMO). I say that because I obviously didn't read book one but highly enjoyed this. It was easy to follow along, a great page turner, and informative as well.

The trials and tribulations of the royal family is something I'm sure everyone is curious about, but take that thought - add secrets, evil plotting , barrage of gun fire, a b●mbing, and add an illegitimate American daughter to the mix and you've got one heck of a story!

I will definitely be checking out book 1 of this series, ......
