I LOVED this book. I really loved the characters. There was a lot of funny banter, but also some very empowering moments.
I loved that this book tied into the first book, The Butterfly Garden. Although, this book has a much different vibe and plot to the first book. It’s not as haunting and memorable, but I did enjoy it more than The Butterfly Garden. This book has a much better ending, in my opinion.
I feel like the switch of perspective was better executed in this book versus the first book. I still don’t like the super long chapters, but it didn’t interfere with my reading.
