Whimsical and sweet, it had me laughing out loud and sobbing.  I loved this! I know quite a few people compare this to House in the Cerulean Sea and find it lacking.  However this is my first TJ Klune, so I think this was amazing to start and my experience can only get better once I read House in the Cerulean Sea.  This is light and heavy, sweet and sorrowful.  I enjoyed how emotive this was and how sensitive the characters were to others' pains, experiences, and deaths.  Yes, it was not perfect but it came close for me.  To describe this I would say it's a Romance version of A Christmas Carol crossed this Dead like me
