Every Summer After by Carley Fortune

5.0

Every Summer After is a dazzling second-chance, friends-to-lovers romance. The story is told through alternating timelines from when the characters were teens to present day when they are in their thirties. I was literally glued to these pages for several hours and it is truly the perfect summer read. The story will tug on your heartstrings while exploring love, loss, betrayal, and found family. It also has a healthy dose of steam. The storyline reminded me of Love & Other Words by Christina Lauren, which is another fave of mine. If you need a good distraction, read this book! It’s worth the hype.
