Magic Shifts by Ilona Andrews
4.0
Fantastic! You won't be able to put it down. This is a LOT of action though so be prepared for nearly non-stop fighting. Kate and Curran have left the pack and are trying to make it in a "normal" neighborhood. But then George shows up begging for their help because Eduardo the werebison (and her love) is missing. Oh, and packs of ghouls are rampaging the city.
This took off running from page one and didn't stop until the end. Incredibly fast-paced with the quips and strength of character that I've enjoyed in this series from book 1. It was a fun plot and there were some deeper series-wide plot moments with Roland that lead to the belief that the next book may just focus on him a bit more.
