4.5 stars!
I tend to not like sequels as much as the first book, but I loved this one so much more. I found my connection with the characters in this one and appreciated them and their story a ton. This duology is very twisty, adventurous, and fun. It brought subtle waterworks to my eyes towards the end lol and that is due to me growing strongly towards these characters.

Dance of Thieves and Vow of Thieves are very average fantasies plot-wise and I didn't find anything too intriguing with the world itself, but the amount of turns throughout these two books still made them enjoyable reads!
