Quality? 2 stars. Enjoyment? 4 stars. This is just like a trashy Hallmark Christmas movie. It's predictable, there's nothing new or remarkable here, but it's fun. Just don't think about it too hard, like when someone goes for a hike in a blizzard or dozens of people not being able to notice the switch.
