this was weird. the story was interesting but the way it was told wasn't really my cup of tea. I was kind of skimming the last third of the book. I know this is one of the first books the author has written so it might explain things. I don't think I'll ever want to reread this and, to me, this is a good indication of what I think of the book. I might finish the "trilogy" though.
