This is a book that all girls should read in their lifetime. I loved it as a young girl and I love it as a grown women. The relationship between Heidi and her grandfather and how it changes him, the friendship Heidi has with Clara and how they help her, and the whole atmosphere of the mountain are charming and life changing. This book brings a simplicity back into our busy lives and inspires us to be better.
