Wow. That was a lot of angst for one book.
I didn’t love the reasons they couldn’t be together. But I also very much didn’t read the rest of this series at any point so I was probably missing something important in the timeline.

I thought Lucien was so sweet and gentle. Aksel seemed like such a good match for him. I loved the story they shared and how they had to work for their happy ending. It was all very sweet and sentimental and spicy and fucking sad
