By far my favourite piece of literature from English class many moons ago. I don't need to tell you how good this book is--because chances are you have been familiar with its brilliance for many years. One of the most beloved works of fiction of all time, Harper Lee penned something unforgettable and special that will live on past any of us.

Just as important of a classic as it was the day it was released, To Kill a Mockingbird proves to be just as timeless and thought provoking as it ever was. At the time when I first read it, I never felt a novel strike me quite as this one. Although it, like life, has countless faults, it truly brings out a better side of anyone who comes in contact with it. The wheels of your mind keep on turning during and after it; it's one of the most influential novels to have been published.

Literature always has something to teach us. To Kill a Mockingbird is full of lessons and heart and so much soul.
