I really couldn’t get on with Phillip, he just wasn’t particularly likeable and clearly has some past trauma and anger issues he still has to work on. I liked seeing Benedict and Sophie again but that along with parts like the wedding felt rushed. Overall my least favourite of the Brigerton books- i think i may stop reading the series for now, the last two books were just not that great.
