“Do I need to stop staring at my uncle’s ass in those jeans? Absolutely.”
“I’m done being someone’s pet. I’m done living a lie and being kept inside a glass cage.”
“I’m the bad decision at one a.m. that your parents warned you about.”
“You gonna tell her where I am? That I’m balls deep inside your pretty little cunt?”

This book was amazing! Uncle Storm can take me to his cabin, and teach me things any day 🥵

The chemistry and tension between Briar and Storm was amazingly written, and I loved the relationship development between them. I loved Storm’s possessive side (“You want a hat, you wear mine.”) and the free-use dynamic.

Loved all the moments of little touches and secret looks between the characters, and how those moments usually led up to some spicy lessons.

The plot itself was interesting and I loved having some of the casual ranch life included. There were multiple plot twists, especially towards the end and I’m happy the characters got the ending they deserved.

I haven’t read the first book in the series, Chasing the Wild, but now I really need to read that one too, and I can’t wait to read the next book in the series!
