Petals on the Wind by V.C. Andrews

4.8/5 — ugh! so good! loved the first book and the second was just as captivating, only i wished the ending were a bit different. feel a little bit crazy for wanting one of her children to have actually been her brother’s … but that’s what this book does to you! so messed up! and so good! i love how it demonstrated the themes of family, bloodlines, “nature vs. nurture,” and the essence of evil. is one condemned to hell for the sins of their parents? can one be evil when acting out of love? AAAAA so good!!!!
