Stay away from this book if you don't like maggots lmao. This book was really good with a great premise, solid writing, and thoroughly constructed characters, but it took way too long for the actually story to get rolling for my taste and the book in general was too long. I think the payoff was good in the end and I actually liked having the dual timeline because it helped pick things up a little bit, but I think Daisy's POVs just went on too long.
