Their Freefall At Last by Julie Olivia

5.0

Okay friends, buckle up, it's about to be an emotional ride! The note at the start of this novel warned me that it was far more angsty than the first three novels, which I did expect for Ruby and Bennett's story. And yet. Oh my word, my heart was aching and squeezing and breaking throughout the story as we saw their entire friendship laid out, the love, the fear, the attraction, the timing. Oof. I got to a certain point and literally ended up sobbing even though I knew it would end happily (hello, romance novel!). I am not sure what it was that hit me so deeply, but this story broke me in the best way possible and then put me back together again. Now I'm just sad the series is over!
