I really enjoyed this short and steamy story by Lee!
I am definitely more used to first person now, after my foray into so much monster and science fiction books. You get a lot from the hero’s POV it felt like and I enjoyed that. This one is a short read, and very hot – perfect for the beginner kink exploring HR lover. It’s not over the top, but a nice introduction.
Lately I have been devouring shorter reads and this was exactly what I wanted! You don’t get too much world building or character depth – the focus is on the main characters and really their sexual journey. But this is perfect for a quick, steamy pick me up.

Hows the consent? It’s good – we know the heroine is into it – but the first scene does start with the hero kind of asking her to do sexual stuff without stating specifically why (but we’re in her point of view so I consider that a plus!)
