Probably this is the saddest book in the series, there was so many scenes I almost cried (when I read the book the first and second time I actually cried).
Maxon is so patient with America and he always forgive her mistakes (and she makes a lot). I love them so much!

This series is literally my life and The Elite is definitely the most emotional one, if you’ve read The Selection series then you know what happens in this book, in a particular scene… I cried and I needed to stop reading for a moment because I couldn’t take the pain. Even though I knew what was going to happen it was still a heartbreaking moment in this novel. 

I can’t say it enough how much this series means to me and how much I love it. This is literally the most perfect story ever written. I wish I could live inside the pages of this book and be with Maxon Schreave forever. 🥹💚
