One of the most racist books I've ever read. I honestly think the 1988 film starring Hugh Grant did a great deal more with the material, and that movie ends with the Worm Woman wearing a strap-on in her lair. So. Take from that what you will. 

Damn you, Bram Stoker! I expected more!
