The book opens with an interesting premise. Nora, a successful literary agent is dumped by her boyfriend who decided to move to small town where he fell in love there with a local girl; Nora remarks that it's just like in those Hallmark movies.
In her 1st-person narration she tells us this is the third time that has happened.
We get to know her side, the ambitious NYC woman who actually does have a heart.
Her sister, who loves Hallmark movies, drags her on a trip to a small quaint town in North Carolina and there Nora is surprised by romantic opportunities.
I listened to part of this on audiobook narrated by Julia Whelan.
