A poignant memoir of a woman through the bones and bodies of her profession. I liked that it was less a personal memoir and more of a professional one, but there was a moment about halfway through that was especially trying emotionally, but was handled as well as could be considering the circumstances.
If you are looking for a more archaeological treatise, this is not it. This focuses mostly on modern cases. Again, really well done, I just personally went in hoping for more archaeological work. The immediacy and modernity of her cases was sometimes distressing, but handled respectfully.
