How to Bang a Billionaire by Alexis Hall
5.0
5 ⭐️
Spice: 🌶️.5/5
Format: ebook
“I’ve wanted you since you were nothing but an imagined smile and a voice on a phone. And I want you still.”
Gay, British Fifty Shades of Grey. But don’t let that description or the unfortunately terrible name of this book put you off. This was not at all what I was expecting but I loved every single second of this reading experience.
First of all, Arden. Arden freaking St. Ives. I don’t know if I’ve ever laughed as much as I did from this man. He is so effortlessly funny and also endearing as fuck. I guess you have to be to get the attention of the elusive Caspian Hart.
I absolutely adore Arden and Caspian as a couple. Arden doesn’t hold back from being the cringey weirdo he is and Caspian only seems to fall harder and harder every time he doubles down on his strangeness.
This is definitely a slowburn romance. There is some spice but I have a feeling the dynamics will follow similarly to the Fifty Shades books and we’ll be seeing their relationship come to its crescendo between the second and third books, and I’m totally fine with waiting. I’m having the best time with them.
