This book was absolutely delightful. I ate it up. The yearning! The writing was so gorgeous and evocative and appropriately dramatic. I loved Viola and Gracewood as main characters. They both have so much that they have to deal with and they fit so perfectly together. Some of the side characters were pretty funny and I actually laughed out loud a few times. But it was definitely too long and the plot got a little muddy in the middle. Still, I highly recommend giving this a read!!
