I finally watched the glorious Fleabag and so, of course, needed to experience its origins. The nettled, filthy, and wicked humour is all here, with even more edge, I feel, although I would say that it doesn't have the heart that Waller-Bridge later accomplished with the TV show. There's a hint of cruelty in here that is softer in the show, which I preferred a tiny bit more.
