I've been wanting to read it as part of my NPR's Top 100 sci-fi (and fantasy) list.
It's supposed to be my pick for Banned Books week, but I couldn't get through it.
Politics and Economics are my least favorite subjects in school. I thought that reading 1984 will help me understand the concept of most dystopian societies.
I kept on falling asleep while listening to the Text-to-speech feature on my phone. If I use my eyes to read a sentence, it may take me 5-10 repeats for the words to sink into my coconut shell.
The spewed words seem to be empty to me.
