I would have loved just a little more backstory. I know this book is tied into the deal with a demon series. I absolutely adored The Dragon’s Bride because we really got to know both characters very well despite it being a short book. So I would have loved the same thing to happen with this book. I really enjoyed the representation but other than that, this fell just a little flat for me.
