Imagine you’ve got a stalker … but you kind of like it … and you turn the tables a little? Or don’t imagine it, just read this. I had to read this to see what all the hype is about and from the first chapter, I started to get it.
It felt real enough, drew me in, promised to get unhinged, all while making me laugh. Brilliant. It was also still a bit fantastical, probably ‘do not try this at home’, but it’s certainly fun to think about.
Nurse FMC.
Stalking.
Home invasion.
V!rg!n MMC.
Edging.
Kn!fe play.
B0ndage.
Crime.
Overall:
Held my attention completely, not much does that. It was pretty fun, I can see why it’s popular, but not my idea of dark at all. (Not sure if it’s supposed to be, but frequently see it described as such.)
4 stars.
“The couple who s|ays together stays together.”
