This was FUN. This was a fun romp, especially in comparison to similar books (Ninefox Gambit, Baru Cormorant, etc). If it’s not particularly fast paced, it does clip right along, and it’s occasionally laugh-out-loud funny. The plot is good, the characters are better, I’m still turning over thoughts about some of the last choices, at some point I hope to read the sequel but it only came out last month so don’t look for a review any time soon.
