This book is mostly a non-linear history of Mr. Cosnett's life in relation to his depression, however it is also filled with nuggets of truth about life with chronic depression. I felt frustrated with his frustrations with the system and validated by his experiences. A quick, but worthwhile read.
Thank you, Mr. Cosnett.
