Taylor ‘Doc’ and Dustin’s first interaction was the very opposite of a meet-cute–dashing all hopes of a “one and done.” But their slow-burn attraction (which is complicated by personal and professional factors) highlights the vulnerability needed to date over 40. This was a mature but fluffy romance that took a while to capture my attention. But I really enjoyed how there was limited drama and the characters were allowed to…just be. It felt very relatable.
