This is a great little book to give you tips on home to become more sustainable in and outside your home.  I think this is a great book for skittish people it makes no judgements on lifestyle nor is it militant and unforgiving of mistakes.  This is a great reference book to go back to over and over.  Although I will admit it is nothing really groundbreaking or new, the writing and content are engaging, friendly and approachable.
