I read this as a follow up to 44 chapters about 4 men. I didn't read the first three in the series as I only wanted to read about BB and Ken. I never felt lost, BB wrote Suit with enough detail for it to stand alone. It also pairs well with 44 chapters. I was expecting some kind of cross between Sex and City and Bridget jones's diary. And that is pretty much it. It has just as much humor, love and whimsy as 44 chapters, BB explores more of her and Ken's background and you can tell this is a mix of truth and fantasy but is all believable and sweet. The book is funny, sexy, and over all a nice hug. Also, I was a little in love with BB's husband Ken by the end of it, but wished you saw the next 4-5 years as there seems to be a gap between Suit ending and how BB got to 44 chapters! This may be due to the more fictional nature of Suit or there could be another book pending! The writing is fun, engaging, and easy to read.
