I’ve been dying for Nikki and Dex’s story since book one, and it was so worth the wait.

I am obsessed with this series, I love a great and unhinged FMC and Nikki is no different. It doesn’t matter that she isn’t a big boss in the criminal world, she is just as badass.

Dex’s story will absolutely break your heart. Him and Nikki really are twin flames.

There’s not a TON of spice in this, but gods the build up to it is some of the best edging. Once we do get our spice, Marie absolutely throws down for us. The chemistry, dirty talk, and filthy scenes are incredible and pretty intense.

Marie Maravilla says in her afterword that we aren’t out of the Toxic Paradise world yet, and I’m so thankful for that because I’m not ready to say goodbye to this series!
