Suddenly You by Cora Rose

4.0

"I could show you the fucking world, if you'd let me."

Oh man was this one....good.
This was filled with unexpected things I liked but also didn't feel 100% comfortable with but it's there and is real in the world.
Matt & Coop
Homophobic-ish (maybe or not?) and Openly, Proudly Gay
What could go wrong?

Waking up married is the last thing that Matt expected when he went to spend a weekend and time with his brothers in Vegas, but here Cooper Barone is, in bed beside him with a ring on his finger. That finger.
I never expected this book to be full of what it was. I thought this would take a completely different turn but I was surprised in the end. I was laughing, smiling and then the eye sting kicked in.
Through the ups and downs, yes there were plenty, we get a different side to Matt. I really wanted to just hug him, the poor baby had me in the feels early on. What he went and puts himself through was the hardest part for me to get through without feeling stabby.
Coop is lonely and he wants Matt, is it unconventional to keep him married to him? Absolutely. Nothing is as it seems when it comes to Coop and who he really is. Money rarely ever makes someone happy in the long run. Just because you can buy it all doesn't mean it will always be there, Money cannot buy happiness.

While there is spice cause it would not be a Cora Rose book without it, the point I got from this was letting go and really accepting who you are and to stop hiding. Other peoples opinions are just that, their opinions. We all know the saying so I wont put it here
