This isn't going to be everyone's cup of tea, but damn did it work for me. It was incredibly relatable and the advice that the author receives from their therapist was helpful and thought-provoking. Reading this felt like a friend sharing what they are learning from therapy and in turn, you get a bit of free therapy as well. I can't really recommend this to others without the caveat that I personally found it helpful and it might come off as pretentious and shallow for others.
